PLATFORM

predictoX Knowledge Environment

Multiscale Capability for Adverse Event Predictions

predictoX is a platform for predicting adverse events. Users can search by Drug to find DrugTox Summary Cards, or by Gene to find drugs that regulate expression in cardiomyocytes.

The platform integrates summary signatures for cardiotoxicity, pathways, and pathway genes to provide a comprehensive view of potential toxicity mechanisms.

DATA CENTER

DToxS: Drug Toxicity Signature Generation Center

Molecular Signatures for Adverse Events

The DToxS Center generates molecular signatures related to adverse events associated with FDA-approved drugs. These signatures were obtained from primary cardiomyocyte-like heart cells and stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes from forty healthy subjects (male and female).

Supported by the NIH Common Fund LINCS Program. All data is freely available.

CONSORTIUM

Systems Biology Center New York (SBCNY)

A Trans-disciplinary Center for Systems Pharmacology

SBCNY uses systems approaches to study pathophysiological processes and drug action. This highly collaborative group integrates expertise in genomics, proteomics, cell biology, physiology, and computational modeling — including statistical models, network analysis, and ODE/PDE methods.

Their aim is to understand how molecular interactions within regulatory networks result in tissue behavior to predict new drug targets and adverse events. The center also offers educational programs, including free online Coursera courses and an undergraduate summer program for CUNY students.
